I Just wanted to get some opinions on best methods and tools for doing a subframe build. Here is my list for my subframe. SPL REAR traction, toe rods and RUCAS. Doing full ES bushing setup. Also doing driftworks rear lower arms to help with roll center of the wheels. Basically I want to find out methods of removing the old bushings, I plan on using a press. But wanted to know people's experiences with trying not to damage the shells of the subframe bushings for reuse. Or is it better to get rid of those as well and go with the CUP subframe bushing sleeves. Also what do people prefer powder coating the subframe or doing like a rust preventative paint/undercoat protectant. Any and all opinions welcomed. Hoping this becomes useful for more individuals in my position. Thanks guys. Tried this on the General Forum but only got one reply that was moderately helpful. Hoping more tech people scour this part of the forum.
